Preheat oven to 375°
Ingredients:
1 c. butter (at room temp)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 (3.5 oz.) package of instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chocolate chips
-Whip butter at room temp until fluffy in appearance
-add sugars
-beat eggs and pudding together until pudding mix is dissolved, add into mixture
-add in vanilla
-mix in flour about 1/2 c. at a time. With the last addition, add in the baking soda. Dough will appear sticky in texture. this is good. (make sure it is not runny!)
-fold in the chocolate chips. I prefer Ghiridelli’s 60% Cacao!

- there is no need to refrigerate, however the dough is slightly sticky and is easier to handle if it is cold!
- scoop out balls with an ice cream scooper and place on parchment lined baking sheet.

- place about 2 in. apart

- bake for 10-13 minutes

- place on a wire rack to cool, then enjoy with some ice cold milk!
